Responsibilities of the role holder

The role encompasses a number of tasks involving daily sales trading activities, training, client management, trade execution, etc. Liaising with the business partners as well as experienced colleagues offshore on Algo localization and other infrastructure development.

ØRepresent clients in the marketplace by serving as the communication conduit between clients and traders.

ØWork with clients in order to obtain the best and most effective execution for their orders.

ØEnsures correct ticket entry and order routing, maintains communication with client and ensures ticket entry completion.

ØWorks closely with institutional sales force to assist in the identification of purchase and sales opportunities to maximise Company’s customer service and penetration of targeted clients.

ØDevelops relationships with assigned client organisations through trading, research and execution services.

ØAssist in infrastructure implement and enhancement ( Algo).

ØDemonstrate understanding on Regulatory & Compliance associated with trading execution.

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

ØExcellent understanding of China capital market, exchange trading rules, regulations, infrastructure, and trading skills.

ØExperience of covering and dealing with foreign investors on both maintaining relationship and trading behaviors.

ØUnderstand client needs and how to provide satisfactory services, ie market updates, trading advisory, and etc.

ØSound knowledge of financial regulatory requirements.

ØExcellent communication skills and good English in both verbal and written formats.

ØAbility to lead and implement execution services; A team player and ability to manage people and performance.

ØAbility to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy.
