职位描述

1.Engineering technology leader in NPI & NPD, understand and transfer product function, key characters, spec , BOM and drawings other operation teams.

在新品导入或者新品开发中，作为工程技术的主导者将产品的功能，关键特性，规范，BOM和图纸通透理解并传递到运营团队。

2. Support procurement team set up available supply chain. Provide technical support for new supplier qualification, ongoing audit and quality issues

协助采购团队建立合理的供应链, 为新供应商的资质，持续的审核和质量问题提供技术支持。

3. Lead α and β prototype building in factory.

主导首样和次样在工厂端的制作。

4. Modify BOM structure refer to factory actual situation, set correct manufacture and purchase parts.

根据工厂端的实际状况调整BOM的结构，设置合理的制造和采购件。

5. Control the process and deal with the risks associated with new project implementation, carrying out detailed evaluation and confirmation for each step.

新项目实施过程中流程控制及风险处理，在各项目节点进行详细的评估和确认

6. Create new part number and drawings refer to new requirement.

根据实际的需求创建料号和图纸。

7. Record issues on prototype building and feedback to R&D with professional improve suggestions.

记录样品安装中的问题，并带着专业的改善建议到前端研发部门。

8. Follow up ECR&ECN after product launch.

在产品导入以后，追踪ECR&ECN。

9. Support Production, Quality, and Procurement in engineering issues resolution, including issues recording and monitoring, and root cause analysis.

协助生产、质量和采购解决工程方面的问题，包括问题记录和监控，以及根本原因分析。

10. In design phase, review new product designs and feedback improvements to improve cost, sourcing, assembly and test across our global manufacturing sites and partners.

在设计评审阶段，审核新产品设计并反馈改进意见，以提高我们全球制造基地和合作伙伴的成本、采购、装配和测试。

11. Support develop peripherals, modify some parts' drawing.

职位要求

1. Strong communication skills, good English skills in reading and writing.

较强的沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力。

2. Ability to document and write independently and solve problems independently.

具备独立撰写文档和分析解决问题的能力。

3. Good understanding of local manufacturing practices and capabilities, especially in sheet metal work, machining.

很好的理解本地生产制程和能力，特别是钣金加工，机械加工方面。

4. Western equipment manufacturing WOFE or JV experience a strong plus.

有外商独资或合资企业工作经验优先考虑。

5. Proficient in SolidWorks, CAD and PDM ERP system

精通三维设计软件SolidWorks， CAD和PDM ERP 系统。

6. Proficient in localization and design improvement and quality evaluation method

精通项目国产化管控，设计改进及质量评价的方法

7. Minimum 5 years of production engineering and mechanical design experience, with thorough understanding of international drawing conventions and tolerances 

至少5年生产工程学和机械设计相关经验，熟悉国际绘图公约和公差
