  • Complete the foundation work of the HMI project

  • Responsible for compiling the project schedule, arranging the software and hardware facilities of the project, clarifying the post responsibilities and division of labor of project members, ensuring the implementation of node goals and completing the project implementation plan

负责编制项目进度，安排项目软硬件设施，明确项目成员岗位职责及分工，确保节点目标的落实，完成项目实施计划

  • Timely guide, handle, coordinate and solve the problems in the project process to ensure the normal progress of the project

及时指导、处理、协调和解决项目过程中出现的问题，确保项目工作的正常进行

  • Monitor the whole process of the project, control the progress of the work at any time, check the completion status and quality status of the project tasks, and record, summarize and report

对项目全程监控，随时掌控各项工作的进度，检查项目任务的完成状况、质量状况，并进行记录、汇总、上报

  • Responsible for the project weekly work report

负责项目每周工作报告

  • Responsible for the construction and training of the project team, organizing the training and learning of technicians, strengthening the working skills of technicians and improving the operation efficiency

负责项目队伍的建设与培养，组织技术人员的培训学习，强化技术员的工作技巧，提高作业效率

  • Responsible for communication and communication with overseas colleagues

Requirements

  • College degree or above in science or engineering

具有理工科专科学历或以上

  • Plus working experience at HMI supplier like Kostal, Marquardt, BCS-AIS, Preh, BHTC, ….

有HMI供应商工作经历的优先考虑，例如：贝尔海拉，科士达，马夸特开关，立胜汽车，普瑞等……

  • Familiar with driving assistance system

熟悉汽车驾驶辅助系统

  • Basic knowledge of Internet of vehicles and ADAS (driver assistance system)

对车联网和ADAS（驾驶辅助系统）有基本认识

  • Fluent English
