Location China Shandong Sheng JINAN Company Siemens Energy Transformer (Jinan) Co., Ltd Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Products Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional How You’ll Make an ImpactEnsures that technological specifications are implemented in the manufacturing environment, and ensures consistent, continuous improvement of working processes.●Organizes technological support for responded manufacturing process. ●Plans, communicates, and executes technical improvement measures. ●Draws up implementation plans for procuring and renewing equipment, including technical specification (requirement specification) of the required equipment. ●Participates in standardization projects in manufacturing technology. ●Identifies, initiates, drives, and carries out innovation projects in the field of manufacturing technology. ●Support and cooperate with other departments on offer, design, material purchasing, quality control, Lean production areas, etc. ●Supports Director Production / Supervisor in matters relating to compliance with statutory and internal regulations and stipulations (occupational safety and health, environment, etc.) What You Bring ●Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in Engineering, Automation etc.●3+ years experience in industrial engineering of transformer manufacturing or other similar industrial area. Who is Siemens Energy?
