YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

拜耳是一家总部位于德国、具有近160年历史的创新企业，在生命科学领域的健康与农业科技方面具有核心竞争力。拜耳健康消费品启东产品供应中心是拜耳全球供应网络的一部分，是拜耳健康品消费中国非处方药的片剂和糖浆的战略供应中心，也是中国健康消费品事业部唯一集研发和生产于一体的供应中心，毗邻健康消费品事业部亚太和中国区总部上海。 管培生项目介绍： 阶段1：1.5-2年内在生产、质量、供应链、工程部门内轮岗 ； 阶段2：轮岗结束后，结合专业发展诉求和业务需要选择定岗； 培养目标：管理型人才或专家型人才 你将会经历： 学习和实践产品供应中心各部门的运营模式，深入了解业务； 参与项目的实施，如数字化转型，新产品供应中心从0到1的布局与建设，产品的国际化转移； 你将会收获： 学习跨国药企领先的管理思维和运营体系的机会； 在变化和挑战中打怪升级，充分释放潜力，提升职场硬实力； 定制化的轮岗计划，管理层的倾囊相授，同期学员的经验分享； 完善的薪酬福利体系，清晰的晋升机制； 开放的文化和活泼的工作氛围，入职即享15天带薪年假。
