How you will do it
Handle RTR related activities for JP business Identify, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to the manager when necessary Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routineWhat we look for
