主要工作和任务

在公司政策和程序指引下向客户提供及时准确的专业支持，建立合作伙伴关系。 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访，完成或超越业务目标。 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种会议或活动，挖掘区域市场潜力。 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场和客户信息，进行分析，反馈和建议。 与上级经理，同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络，发现和促进各种合作机会。 在上级经理的辅导下，把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。 执行公司推行的各项新举措，在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 带教同地区内初级专员/实习生，支持业务随访，提供业务教导 协助地区经理管理区域重要客户，协调区域/集团客户资源 负责重要跨客户创新或平台项目，受项目KPI考核

在地区、区域经理的领导和指导下，负责向客户提供产品信息支持、拜访客户、沟通医疗信息、举办其他活动，以实现或超过指定范围内的业务运营目标。做为资深专业人员，辅导带教初级专员，协助推动区域内重要项目和平台，管理重要客户承担重要目标，为团队和业务发展做出额外贡献。

任职要求

教育：

大学专科及以上学历，医学，药学，生命科学等相关专业优先。

技能： 具有较强的沟通能力和团队合作意识。具备较强的学习意愿和学习能力，善于自我激励，自我挑战和管理压力。 经验 ：

多年医药行业相关工作经验。担任资深级别岗位18个月以上，有足够的成熟度。

诚信： 能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。 内部申请资格：
