接听客户电话咨询 接待上门来访客户 根据客户的传真或邮件采购单做定单、样品单 与分切保持联系,对订单出现异常及时向销售或客户反馈 每日通知客户欠单 每日做好日报,上报相关人员 每周汇总定单,做好统计工作 为客户提供方便、优质的服务 完成上司布置的其它任务
Qualifications
3年以上相关工作经历; 工作耐心,细致; 良好的沟通协调能力和团队精神; 熟练使用OFFICE软件,具有一定的报表分析统计能力; 英语四级以上,能够与国外客户邮件和电话沟通。EDUCATION:
大专或以上学历;
