1、Preventive Quality management & Sub-project coordination within QMM

Define the quality activities of PQM in different sample phase, regularly tracking and reporting Safe launch planning and implementation Develop the approach for product sample and series production release criteria Conduct quality release, MAE release, CKD part release, process release and product release. Quality sub-project coordination within QMM, investment planning & tracking, competence build up…

2、 Problem solving with systematical approach

Involve into internal and customer claims and closely tracking the status Handle CKD parts complaints Coordinate the containment actions’ definition and implementation Coach the 8D team for systematical problem solving via 8D review

3、Quality method/process coaching and monitoring

Concession & Process/product release & Cleanliness…

4、LL with IPN net work ,Quality window person …

Closely cooperate with IPN plants for LL share. As window person to communication with Lead plant.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or Electrical engineering or alike Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point Good English communication skill
