- Lead the development and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of complex applications, with a strong emphasis on architectural design and optimization of user interface development.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of user interface components, ensuring an intuitive, engaging, and high-performance user experience across all platforms.
- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support for various platforms (web, mobile).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver robust, scalable, and aesthetically pleasing solutions that meet business objectives.
- Champion design thinking principles, ensuring a customer-centric approach is embedded throughout the development process.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to setting technical standards and best practices.
- Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and trends in both UI and full-stack development to improve existing systems and processes.
- Proactively identify and address technical challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and independent decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven expertise and proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks relevant to full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Angular framework is required, with demonstrated experience in large-scale applications.
- Extensive experience with React framework is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated senior-level expertise in UI development technologies and best practices, including advanced JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep understanding of UI design principles, responsive design, and user experience best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern development workflows.
- Ability to learn quickly and independently, with a proactive approach to continuous skill development.
- Prior experience in building complex software and entire websites with a strong customer-centric approach, demonstrating significant impact.
- Proficiency in UI automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Appium, Selenium, WebDriver 4 with Java) is beneficial.
