To carry out the following tasks:
• Planning
− To describe jobs in logical sequences
− To evaluate need of time, material, staff, equipment and other facilities
− To carry out procurement transactions
− To valuate earliest possible starting date and latest end date
− To bundle jobs if possible (with other jobs, projects, plant changes etc)
− To develop and maintain working plans for recurring jobs
• Scheduling
− To make arrangements with third parties
− To identify permit requirements, and lead job safety analysis (JSA) when necessary
− To coordinate with Plant Staff to determine availability of equipment to be repaired
− To ensure all resources required to complete the job are available at proper time and place
− To make sure of 100% capacity utilization. Each available craftsman should be scheduled for a full day of productive work each day.
− Arrange weekly schedule meeting with both areas engineers, technicians, operation and maintenance coordinators, and contractors
• Maintenance Execution
− Coordinate the execution team to complete maintenance tasks according to daily, weekly plan;
− Organize priority 1 and 2 (urgent, without planning) maintenance activity safely and rapidly
− Coordinate maintenance work between operation team and contractors (work permit, energy isolation, decontamination, lock-out & tag-out, site supervision, test-run etc.)
− Record actual internal and external manpower work hours in SAP system and technically close out work orders;
− Ensure that all the related requirements of legal and BASF standards on EHS, quality are respected during the whole period of maintenance execution;
− Work together with plant asset manager/engineers and subject matter engineers on the maintenance strategy, preventive maintenance plan, spare parts strategy, cost control, bad-actor program and reliability improvement plan;
− Coordinate the trouble shooting of routine equipment problems.

• Education: Bachelor degree or above;
• Working Experience: 5+ years’ plant maintenance experience in petrochemical industry;
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:
− Solid knowledge about mechanical, Electrical and Instrument equipment of chemical plant;
− Good understanding of maintenance management system in chemical plants;
− Familiar with some planning software, like Primavera, Project etc;
− With experience of people management
− Good command of English.
