Job title:
Software Development Engineer

Your role:

· Implementation and testing of high quality software in DCL SW subsystem
· Actively improves own code and testware contributions through the review process.
· Act as component owner for RF-Rx & Coils components. Provide technical expertise in projects and ensure continuity of SW design.
· Contributes to improvements in the MR SW development environment including CI/CD pipeline, and improves own team performance. Has particular focus on subsystem requirements and automated testware and gives attention to AI-supporting technologies where appropriate.
o KPI = TICS score improvement through the year
· Is responsible for delivering input in the planning process to manager or project manager.
Reports on own progress in a structured and methodical way.
o # timesheets posted on time > 98%
· Contributes to improvements in MR business quality and compliance.
o # overdue mandatory trainings = 0
· Investigates customer complaints/feedback and provides solutions
o Customer complaints investigated within 14 days
· Develops own technical skills in relevant areas, using a mix of on-the-job learning and formal training. Topics to be agreed with manager, and could include C++, Python, AI and data science, GPU's, cloud computing.
