JD - (Senior) Support Specialist

 

Job Summary

To build the training and education infrastructure in the region and supporting the delivery of pre-sales support including product demo and sales training, and aftersales service including CAD/CAM FAQs and 1st level trouble shooting

To ensure that needs in local training and education programs are fulfilled (quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned courses, resource planning, know-how).

To build up the KOLs and speaker pool and develop professional relationship to enhance the add value and value proposition of Straumann Customer Connected Solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CCS sales to meet Annual sales target
  • Adapt sales training and demonstration materials, and implement Internal Training and Customer Education program according to Straumann business needs
  • Technical main contact person for pre-sales and aftersales service
  • 1st service and convey information to 2nd level team
  • Build up KOL and speaker development programs

 

Skills and Competencies

Education / Professional Experience

  • Dental related degree/diploma
  • Familiar with CAD/CAM workflow of digital dentistry solution
  • Familiar with digital dentistry KOLs
  • Having more than 3 years experience in clinics or labs is a plus
  • Having experience to organize seminar, training or similar event is a plus

 

Personal Competencies

  • Good English and Mandarin
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Well-organized and structured person
  • Comfortable to interact with different customer segments (KOLs, Dental Practitioners, Dental Technicians, Sales people)
  • Strong result orientation and business sense
  • Ability to build strong relationships to different customer segments through effective communication and listening skills
