This position is responsible for establishing and leading the supply chain in Greater China.

 

 

 

 

  1. 主要职责 / MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic Development and Execution

  1. Identifies relevant COMPANY's business drivers for given product category.
  2. Assesses industry and product type, including supplier capabilities, risk management, capacities, competencies, and how the product would integrate into COMPANY's business plan.
  3. Implements product strategic plan, measures it’s progress/ success and may assist in communication to COMPANY's stakeholder departments, suppliers and Owner/Operators as appropriate.
  4. Leads / participates in the design and implementation of long term Supply Chain strategies.

Manages business relationship with the suppliers and departments, both for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan involved in the supply chain category by establishing and building open lines of communication

Provides ongoing coaching and training to SC team and other department staff and suppliers.

Cultivates and promotes working relationships within COMPANY's and with counterparts in other corporations and outside professional organizations to gain and share knowledge (e.g., best practices).

Works directly with manufacturing to ensure the necessary supply infrastructure is in place to execute the product plan.

Develops and maintains standards and success measures, including Benchmarking and KPI process

Ensures continuous improvement process for supply chain.

Work with Distribution management team to control distributor inventory and design future distribution model.

Responsible for the development and execution of the relevant supply chain activities to assure supply.

  1. 知识、语言和经验要求 / KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE

 

  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. More than 8+ years Supply Chain/Logistics management experience in health care industry for commercial operation and manufacturing, IVD preferable
  3. Familiar with customs import and export regulations and taxation in China
  4. Experience with multi-site supply chain management,
  5. Excellent English in both written and oral
  6. Relative certificate be a plus
