We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who is highly motivated individual and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our APAC Payroll Team.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordination with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing
Month end closing for payroll related accounts
Monthly payroll processing, including monthly payroll report, payroll disbursement and payroll tax filing
Managing share-based compensation taxation and filing
Assisting with statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance and SAFE filing
Collecting and reconciling required data for specific project requirements
Ad-hoc assignments
What we need to see:
A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
At least 5 years of experience in industry accounting and payroll functions
Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient speaking and writing communication skills in English and Chinese
Familiar with Office and Outlook software
Exceptional attention to deal with a high standard for accuracy in numbers
The ability to work independently and proactively stay updated on new payroll regulation and rulings
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CPA firms
Strong knowledge of accounting principles & mastery of Excel
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in processes
Confident, self-motivated, and high-energy individual with the highest degree of ethics
Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with multiple priorities
