Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR processes and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
