Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and systems, and providing excellent customer service to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Assist with the implementation of HR processes and systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and management, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
