Human Resources Operations Specialist in China

Bjak, the largest insurance portal in Southeast Asia, is expanding its operations into China and seeks a talented HR Operations Specialist to join our team. With a strong presence in Malaysia and a mission to provide access to affordable and sustainable financial services, we are committed to fostering a positive work environment that drives innovation and excellence.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned HR professional with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to manage our HR operations processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Bjak's HR function in China. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this position, enabling you to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Develop and implement efficient onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Leave Management and Hiring: Effectively manage leave requests, track employee absences, and coordinate the hiring process, including screening calls and interviews.
- Document Preparation and Distribution: Create and disseminate HR-related forms and letters, such as offer letters, employment contracts, performance appraisal forms, disciplinary letters, and resignation acceptance letters.
- Benefits Enrollment and Policy Updates: Prepare and manage documents related to benefits enrollment, policy updates, and regulatory compliance.
- Scheduling and Liaison: Schedule interviews and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including candidates, in a timely and professional manner.
- HR Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- Experience: Previous experience in HR operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are essential.
- Communication Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
