Job Description:

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Commercial, Business

  • 4 or more years of experience,Familiarity with Commercial processes and practices

  • Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.

  • Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task.

  • Capable of establishing priorities

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrate ability to be a self-starter, and take initiative/ownership; adaptive and flexible to new ideas and change

  • Strong customer orientation and strong collaboration skills among people across groups and geographic lines

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Develop and implement operational strategy, MCS initiatives and continuous improvement programs

  • Develop performance standard of all MCS functions and drive for excellent performance achievement

  • Partner closely with the Global Process Team to design and deploy improvements to current and future processes

  • Develop the vendor strategy and create a collaborative vendor relationship

  • Serve as an escalation point for the MCS organization & Operations Management team in the implementation of operations related activities and provides coaching and development to the team to foster growth

  • Develop and implement total MCS capability strategy to ensure continuous improvement of the MCS organization capabilities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the MCS organization is in compliance with internal Mars policies and external regulationsServe as an advocate for continually improving behaviors and processes while enhancing the quality of delivery
