MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
â¢Â Â   Process sales and invoices so customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately, on time.
â¢Â Â   Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
â¢Â Â   Make standard calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
â¢Â Â   Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team's activities.
â¢Â Â   Answer internal and customer enquires on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
â¢Â Â   Communicate with staff from other areas in the organization, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints.
â¢Â Â   Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain current customer records, track the status of orders and deliveries, maintain sales commission and expense records, and generate sales reports and statistics.
