Job Summary: By conducting technical analysis of the hose assembly manufacturing process system, introducing new products, and providing assembly line technical services, we support the improvement of the assembly line value stream. 通过对胶管装配制造过程系统进行技术分析、新产品导入，装配线技术服务工作，支持装配线价值流的改进。

What You Will Do : This is a task that involves the maintenance and improvement of product manufacturing processes and systems. The scope of work includes:

• Responsible for optimizing the assembly process and production capacity of hose assembly, continuously improving the production environment in terms of safety, quality, speed, and cost. 负责胶管装配工艺流程、生产能力的优化，从安全、质量、速度、成本等方面对生产环境不断改进。

• Optimize the process flow of r hose assembly and improve operational efficiency. 优化胶管装配的工艺流程、提高操作效率。

• Develop control measures for hose assembly to reduce the defect rate of key quality issues. 制定胶管装配的控制措施，降低重点质量问题的缺陷率。

• Execute engineering change notifications, evaluate whether the capabilities of the area are met, initiate and implement all changes. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of changes to ensure the smooth progress of the assembly process. 执行工程变更通知，评估该区域的能力是否满足，发起并实施所有变更。跟踪评估变更的有效性，确保装配过程的顺利进行。

• Support the introduction of new products, complete the preparation work for hose assembly: potential failure mode and consequence analysis and control plan, process optimization and assembly capability analysis, assembly operation manual, required tool selection. 支持新产品的引进，完成胶管装配准备工作：潜在失效模式和后果分析及控制计划、工艺流程优化和装配能力分析，装配作业指导书，需要的工具选择。

What You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent. 具有本科及以上学历，或具有同等学历。

• Manufacturing Processes: Knowledge of assembly manufacturing methods, technologies and processes; ability to execute, plan, manage and monitor the entire assembly manufacturing process; research new technologies to be integrated into existing assembly manufacturing process. 了解胶管装配的制造方法、技术和工艺；执行、计划、管理和监控整个装配制造过程的能力。能够将新技术集成到现有装配制造流程中。

• Learning Ability: be familiar with engineering drawings; be familiar with SAP 具有一定的学习能力；熟悉工程图纸；熟悉SAP。

• Good teamwork spirit; innovative spirit. 良好的团队合作精神；富有创新精神。English skills: workable in reading, listening, writing and speaking. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力。
