Job Description:

This role will responsible for one area PQA . Will copilot with value stream managers as area quality lead to establish the area quality FAB, embed quality system/products standards into daily operation, ensure production control process compliance and finished products meet specification and regulation requirements.responsible for risk assessment of key CAB projects and changes in copilot area.

This role is also work as site PQA lead, will establish and maintain Process quality related standards and implement them in whole factory. Lead site quality and food safety continue improvement on quality loss reduction via MSE.

Meanwhile,this role is also take some dedecation work from site QA lead by needs.

What are we looking for?

  • The incumbent should be over 5 years relevant experiences, with over 2 years at a supervisory level gained from sizable multinational companies

  • Food science, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent BSc/ MSc degree is preferred

  • The incumbent is also required to possess good inter-personal and communication skill, as well as negotiation and problem solving skills, the ability to interact effectively with personnel at multiple levels throughout the organization

  • The incumbent must be systematic thinking, a self-starter, highly resourceful and self-motivated, with dynamic proactive work style and with an eye for details

  • Knowledge of quality management system – FSSC22000, ISO9001, GMP/ Hygienic design.

  • The incumbent should also be proficiency in both spoken and written English

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Copilot value stream managers to establish area quality strategy and with regular review to ensure progress;

  • Embed quality system/products standards into daily operation, ensure production control process compliance and finished products meet specification and regulation requirements.

  • Responsible for risk assessment of key CAB projects and changes in copilot area.

    Establish and maintain Process quality related standards and implement them in whole factory. 

  • Site level serious and above quality incident handling and work with cross funtion team to dig out the root cause and follow with CAPA.

  • Lead site level quality loss review and post incident review by quarterly and drive "0 " incident roadmap;

  • Site level PQA relevant standards and system maintenance and upgrade according to new changes, such as automation and digitalization.

  • Lead site quality and food safety continue improvement on quality loss reduction via MSE, perform as QM co-leader to support QM work deployment in whole factory.

  • Contact window with global IC COP team and China PQA COP.

  • Dedecation from site QA lead by needs.
