Position Summary职位描述:

 

Responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance.

 

Key Responsibilities主要职责:

 

  1. Manage quality assurance policies and procedures;
  2. Interpret and implement quality assurance standards;
  3. Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards;
  4. Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data;
  5. Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality;
  6. Lead internal audits and other quality assurance activities;
  7. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues;
  8. Collect and compile statistical quality data;
  9. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system;
  10. Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions;
  11. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities;
  12. Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards;
  13. Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers;
  14. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions;
  15. Monitor risk management activities;
  16. Responsible for document management systems;
  17. Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.

 

Candidate Experience and Qualification经验和资格要求:

 

  1. Bachelor of Science or above, Mechanism or Electronics preferred.
  2.  
  3. 10 years of quality experience, with at least 3 years of management experience, leading engineers and supervisors;
  4. At least 5 years of experience with Medium and large mechanical products, with assembly technologies;
  5. Certifications preferred, including Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Quality Improvement Associate, Six Sigma;
  6. Experience of quality inspection, auditing and testing;
  7. Experience with implementation of corrective action programs;
  8. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases;
  9. Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA;
  10. Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
