Overview:We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our team at Coins.ph. As a Senior BI Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking business KPIs across departments and leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will play a key role in budgeting and forecasting activities to align with our business goals.


Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to track key business KPIs across departments.2. Collaborate with department heads to identify relevant KPIs and establish benchmarks for performance measurement.3. Analyze data trends and patterns to identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement.4. Work closely with the finance team to develop budgeting and forecasting models based on historical data and business objectives.5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.6. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business challenges or opportunities.7. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data collection and validation.8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.2. At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.3. Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.6. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling is a plus.7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.8. Experience in crypto, consumer internet, fintech, payments firms is a plus.
