Description

We are looking for a motivated Senior Business Analyst who will specialize in Finance systems in Shanghai. As a skilled Business Analyst, you will have a key role in examining and providing solutions for different financial systems, such as JDE, Anaplan, and PLM. You will partner with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to comprehend the business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. You will work in Shanghai and join a professional and consultative team.

What Youll Do

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, process workflows, and functional requirements for systems such as JDE, Anaplan etc Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment of PLM solutions with business goals and objectives Support end-users in their day-to-day use of JDE and other local financial systems Work closely with client to ensure requirements are captured, scope is controlled and expectations are met Work closely with team members to synthesize analysis into key features and develop actionable recommendations Participate or facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, solution review meeting etc Read and understand project documentation; create and maintain high-quality business analysis artifacts, including specifications, requirement documents, user story, wireframes etc Establish and maintain professional and consultative relationships with clients; communicate with business stakeholders throughout project lifecycle Maintain expertise and knowledge of business domain, technologies and solutions Participate and support sales activities

What You Have

Minimum of 5 years business analysis experience in software development or enterprise software products Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, management accounts, financial controls, EPR end to end and accounting management. Experience on applications such as JDE, Anaplan, Polaris, Tagetik experience is preferred Ability to understand data loading, custom fields, objects, security configuration, workflow process and overall system configuration, experience with Business Intelligence solutions (PowerBI preferred) Experienced in working with Agile and other software methodologies; Strong knowledge of Agile practices Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Chinese; able to write high-quality unambiguous texts
