Un Supervisor de Ãreas Públicas de es responsable de supervisar la limpieza de las Ãreas públicas para que los huéspedes y miembros disfruten de una excelente experiencia, y, a la vez, debe administrar y capacitar al personal y organizar tareas regulares de limpieza profunda.



¿Qué voy a estar haciendo?

Como Supervisor de Ãreas Públicas, serà responsable de supervisar y asegurar la limpieza de las Ãreas públicas para que los huéspedes y miembros disfruten de una excelente experiencia. Un Supervisor de Ãreas Públicas también deberà coordinar y capacitar al personal y organizar tareas regulares de limpieza profunda. Específicamente, serà responsable de realizar las siguientes tareas de acuerdo con los estÃndares mÃs altos:

  • Ser responsable de supervisar y asegurar la limpieza de todas las Ãreas públicas
  • Administrar, capacitar y desarrollar a los encargados de la limpieza de las Ãreas públicas
  • Conducir procedimientos relacionados con objetos perdidos
  • Gestionar cuestiones relacionadas con la atención al cliente de manera rÃpida y eficaz
  • Administrar las llaves principales que tenga en su poder
  • Organizar tareas regulares de limpieza profunda, p. ej., limpieza profunda una vez por mes y lavado de alfombras
  • Informar sobre problemas de mantenimiento al Departamento de Mantenimiento/Ingeniería
  • Patrullar las Ãreas de los restaurantes y los baños públicos regularmente durante su turno
  • Trabajar con otros gerentes del servicio de ama de llaves, coordinadores de oficina, personal de recepción y de mantenimiento a fin de mantener un buen nivel de comunicación
  • Asegurar la transferencia completa de tareas a los equipos de servicio de ama de llaves
  • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos
  • Asegurar que los miembros del equipo cumplan con las regulaciones de seguridad e incendios del hotel y con la legislación en materia de salud y seguridad
  • Realizar cualquier otra tarea razonable asignada por la administración del hotel

Para ocupar esta posición, es favorable demostrar las siguientes capacidades y distinciones:

  • Experiencia previa en el sector hotelero o de tiempo libre
  • Experiencia previa en cargos de supervisión
