R&D Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities
Securing that resource allocation and competencies toward projects and tasks, by using both internal and external resources are in line with expectations
Being responsible to secure people development and capacity to meet present and future needs and lead the team to complete product design and validation
Ensuring high quality usage, as well as development, of the electrical tools and softwares used for the designs and analyses
Creating close cooperation together with other R&D locations, other functions and stake holders
Being responsible for internal and external technical communication, participating in solving technical problems from production, process, and quality, and supporting sales and aftersales technical problems
Collecting technical information in the market, and conduct research and analysis on major competitorâs products
- Bachelorâs degree or above, major in electric automation, electrical design
- At least 5 yearsâ work experience in electrical design and more than 3 years of team management experience
- Experience in electrical motor technology would be beneficiary
- Good understanding of the magnetic materials, insulating materials and related production processes
- Familiar with the R&D project management process and DFEMA
- Have strong learning ability, execution ability and communication and coordination ability
- Fluent English, can be used as a working language
