Your responsibilities:

You develop new technologies and products for dry-type transformers as part of the R&D team and R&D global organization. You lead product and process development projects self-driven on time, on budget and on quality. You assess production processes and proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement. You organize prototyping and testing activities to validate new technologies and new products. You document and transfer your knowledge and findings from R&D to production environment both locally and in other facilities abroad. You provide technical support in domain of expertise to other departments when needed (product management, business development, marketing and sales, engineering…) You stay up to date with the latest technology solutions, international standards, market trends and customer requirements relating to dry-type transformers. Maintain the internal standards and coordination on product standardization. Maintenance (testing, debugging) and further development of our design tools in the domain area. Technical support: Support the design, manufacturing, quality and supply chain organizations with technical expertise to ensure that technical requirements are fulfilled. Technical leadership and knowledge sharing: Coach and provide support and technical advice to colleagues on core-related topics You are aware of HSE aspects and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Your background:

Minimum Master level education in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar. More than 2 years of working, experience in large organization is considered a plus. Domain expertise in transformers is a plus. Understanding of electrical, magnetic and thermal phenomena. Solid track record as project leader. Proficiency in the use of MS Office, statistical and simulation tools. Responsible team player with structured, proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented work approach. Spirit of innovation, "out of the box" thinking. Proficiency in English language.
