Our IS Supply Chain team is looking for an SAP SD-LE-PP-MM consultant to join the Global Information System (IS) department. Position based in Shanghai (China)

As a business analyst, you are the technical and functional expert working on IS global solutions sustaining Supply Chain processes (Customer Supply, Demand & Planning, Transport & Distribution for all bioMerieux products (reagents, equipment, and spares).
You support the long-term alignment of the information system with the needs of the business in consistency with IS strategies. You support the business in defining, implementing, and maintaining the information system.
Also, because bioMerieux implements Manufacturing plants in ASPAC, the scope of your mission may evolve. Consequently, you can work on SAP (mainly SD & LE but also potentially PP & MM for the manufacturing part), SAP Cloud Platform, and occasionally on non-SAP solutions. The deployment of S/4 Hana is currently under study and should be prioritized in the coming years. 
Being located in Shanghai, you are the IS ASPAC regional representative of our team by being in front end with business stakeholders.


What is your role at bioMerieux ?
•Accompanying business stakeholders in defining their requirements
•Carrying out feasibility and impact analyses
•Preparing, leading, and/or contributing to workshops to define target solutions (position papers) that meet the business needs, in line with the defined IS strategy (standard solutions first, limiting specific solutions, etc.)
•Contributing to the success of international or regional projects: writing functional and technical specifications, carrying out parameterization, defining the test strategy, assisting the business during the validation phase (UAT) and providing start-up support (cutover).
•Assisting the support and maintenance team in resolving complex incidents and implementing enhancements 
•Technology watch

 

Who are you?
•Knowledge and skills: training, expertise, know-how
 - University degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in IT and/or logistics
 - At least 3 years experience, in a consultancy firm or an international group
 - SAP Learning Class or equivalent on the SD module
 - Experience with SAP SD, LE, PP, MM solution implementation projects 
 - Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, or a highly regulated industrial environment, is a plus

•Ability to adapt your communication to the people you are dealing with 
•Methodical and structured
•English is required, and some travel may be required
