â¢Provide installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, upgrade and customer training services to customers
Large equipment can be installed independently
Able to independently solve common faults and proactively seek support when encountering difficult problems
Able to respond to company requirements, optional on-site service
â¢Able to teach new employees on-site about products that they are proficient in
â¢Ability to provide technical support to dealer engineers
â¢Requires good business awareness and the ability to independently or assist supervisors in promoting after-sales service contracts
â¢Requires a good sense of teamwork, the ability to cooperate across departments, and provide technical support and training for other teams in sales, exhibitions, seminars, etc.
â¢Requires good self-management skills and the ability to properly keep personal tools, accessories and technical information
â¢Requires a strong sense of time and the ability to submit various reports in a timely manner
â¢Requires a good sense of customer service and the ability to follow up and resolve customer concerns in one stop
â¢Requires continuous improvement of service awareness, continuous improvement of customer experience, and optimization of service quality
