As we are continuing to grow our China Campus, we are looking for a CNC Production Lead to be based in Shanghai.

This is a position that requires strong hands-on ability and on-site shift supervisory position. The individual in this position ensures technical and process compliance to Straumann product quality requirements while focusing on leading the group towards maximum productivity, efficiency, and safe work practices.

  1. Quick response to the problem happened in shopfloor, and support relevant departments to do the problem solving.

  1. Manage the direct labors to make sure their work compliances with the SOP\WI.

  1. Support the cross-functional tasks.

  1. Implement the continuous improvements in the shopfloor.

  1. In command of shift operators to support daily production, to inspect parts according to quality requirement and take actions if need, take the initiative to solve the operation problems.

å®ææè´è´£çæä½åæ¯æç产éæ±ï¼å®ææä½åæ ¹æ®è´¨éè¦æ±æ£éªäº§åï¼å¦æé®é¢ï¼éè¦éåç¸åºæªæ½ï¼å¹¶ç§¯æçæ解å³æä½ä¸­åºç°çé®é¢ã

  1. Cooperate and communicate with QC, maintenance, Secondary, EHS and other relevant plats closely when on duty.

å½ç­è¿ç¨ä¸­ï¼ç´§å¯å°ä¸è´¨éï¼ç»´ä¿®é¨ï¼åéï¼ EHSé¨é¨åå¶ä»ç¸å³çè£ç½®è¿èåä½åæ²éã

  1. Save the record production data, management direction and other stat. data in terms of operation manual when on duty. Doing the hand over properly, describe in shift logbook.

  1. Take other tasks assigned from plant management.

2. Responsibility of Safetyå®å¨èè´£

  • Compliance the company EHS policy, procedures and working instructions.

éµå®å¬å¸EHSæ¿ç­ãç¨åºåå·¥ä½æ令ï¼

  • As assist of production supervisor, take overall responsibility for the safety of the shift team, coordinate to solve all the EHS issues in his/her shift, and report all the existing issues to his/her supervisor.

ä½ä¸ºç产主ç®å©çï¼é¢å¯¼ç­ç»å®å¨ç产工ä½ï¼åè°è§£å³ç­ç»å®å¨ç产工ä½ä¸­å­å¨çé®é¢ï¼å¹¶åæ¶å°å­å¨çé®é¢å主ç®é¢å¯¼æ±æ¥ã

  • Organize and participate in the relevant safety activities, e.g. safety short talks to emphasize safety before, during and after working;

ç»ç»å¹¶åå æå³çå®å¨æ´»å¨ï¼å¦å®å¨è°è¯ï¼ç­å讲å®å¨ãç­ä¸­æ£æ¥å®å¨ãç­åæ»ç»å®å¨ï¼

  • Educate the employee on job safety, and as mentor candidates for fresh operators.

  • Routinely inspect the workplace for potential hazards and eliminate thereof.

  • Always practice good housekeeping and keep workplace clean.

  • Assist the workshop supervisor in improving the workshop management system and regulations.

  • Manage employee time and attendance.

  • Recommend measures to motivate employees and to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality or efficiency.

Qualifications èµè´¨è¦æ±

  1. Vocational School or above education in CNC machining or related discipline

  1. Minimum 5 years in CNC machining with Swiss style lathe and at less 2 years shift production management experience.
