Position Summary

:

该职位负责机加工一线员工的在岗培训计划制定，协调实施，跟踪考试评估，直至得到上岗证。

在这个职位上，需要根据机加工各个岗位和技术层级制定细致有效的培训计划，与相关部门协调高效高质量的完成培训以支持爬坡批量生产。

This position is responsible for the formulation of on-the-job training plan for front-line machining employees, coordination and implementation, and tracking examination and evaluation until they get the job certificate. In this position, it is necessary to formulate detailed and effective training plans according to various positions and technical levels of machining, and coordinate with relevant departments to complete training efficiently and with high quality to support mass production.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

培训计划制定：制定培训计划，包括培训目标、培训内容、培训方法和培训时间表。

Training Plan Development: Formulate a training plan that includes training objectives, content, methods, and a schedule.

记录和培训资料：培训学员如何记录操作过程中的关键数据和编制相关培训资料。

Record and Training Materials: Teach trainees how to record key data during the operation process and compile relevant training materials.

用人部门沟通：紧密的与用人部门主管沟通，尽早获取信息以保证培训能满足生产爬坡需求。

Communication with Hiring Departments: Communicate closely with the supervisors of hiring departments to obtain information early to ensure that training can meet the needs of production ramp-up.

培训前沟通：在培训过程前和各相关部门进行沟通，保证培训计划的制订和执行。

Pre-training Communication: Communicate with various departments before the training process to ensure the formulation and implementation of the training plan.

培训跟踪：及时了解需要帮助的学员，制定相应调整措施以保证其顺利通过。

Training Follow-up: Keep track of trainees who need help in a timely manner and develop corresponding adjustment measures to ensure their smooth progress.

质量部门对接：保证符合公司培训流程和相关记录提供给质量部。

Liaison with Quality Department: Ensure compliance with the company's training procedures and provide relevant records to the Quality Department.

持续改进： 及时总结培训中出现的低效环节，逐步优化。

Continuous Improvement: Summarize inefficient parts of the training in a timely manner and gradually optimize them.

需要时可以给学员实施相关培训，培训内容如下几点：

Implement relevant training for trainees when needed, including the following points:

背景知识介绍：介绍CNC设备的基本原理和工作流程，强调设备操作员的职责和重要性。

Background Knowledge Introduction: Introduce the basic principles and workflow of CNC equipment, emphasizing the responsibilities and importance of equipment operators.

操作流程教学：培训设备操作流程，确保学员能够熟练操作CNC设备，并保证设备运行的稳定性和高效性。

Operation Process Teaching: Teach the operation process of the equipment to ensure that trainees can operate CNC equipment proficiently, ensuring the stability and efficiency of equipment operation.

设备维护教学：培训设备的日常维护知识，包括清洁、润滑、检验和保养等，以保证设备的安全和长期使用。

Equipment Maintenance Teaching: Teach daily maintenance knowledge of the equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, inspection, and maintenance, to ensure the safety and long-term use of the equipment.

质量控制指导：指导学员了解公司图纸要求，并演示公司测量设备的操作。

Quality Control Guidance: Guide trainees to understand the company's drawing requirements and demonstrate the operation of the company's measuring equipment.

安全教育：强调安全操作规程，培训学员如何预防和处理设备操作过程中可能出现的安全问题。

Safety Education: Emphasize safety operation procedures and teach trainees how to prevent and handle safety issues that may arise during the operation of the equipment.

最低资格 Minimum Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years machining experience with strong knowledge of Swiss style turning machines Citizen machine (operate, set-up and trouble shoot) 至少5年机械加工经验，熟悉瑞士式车床Citizen (操作，调试和故障排除) Minimum 2 years training experience in CNC machining. 至少2年机加工培训经验 Experience with 5-axis milling machines is a plus. 有5轴铣床经验者优先考虑 Understanding programming and cutting tool expertise. 理解机加工编程和刀具专业知识。 Previous medical device experience preferred. 有医疗器械工作经验者优先

数控加工或相关专科及以上学历

College above with CNC machining or related

较强的工程图阅读、精确测量和沟通能力.

Strong blueprint reading, precision measuring, and communication skills.

英语具备读写能力优先

English, able to write and read

计算机技能，包括Word，Excel和其它办公软件。 Computer skills including Word, Excel, other Office software.

一般办公环境和制造环境。

General office environment and manufacturing environment.

可能暴露于与制造设备和工具相关的危险中。

May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools.
