Job Description:

  • • Plan the commercialization system, product categories, and design of commercial activities within the game, and coordinate with the development team to complete the relevant content and system development;• Responsible for planning and deployment of commercial content in the game according to project goals;• Continuously follow up on resource deployment and commercial activity execution, analyze data and user feedback, continuously optimize and iterate the commercialization system, content, and deployment strategy to ensure revenue goals are met;• Research innovative product monetization methods and seek new commercial opportunities.

Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree or above, with over three years of experience in commercial planning for casual mobile games;• Passion for gaming with a broad range of gaming exposure;• Excellent data analysis and mining capabilities;• Passionate, responsible, possessing good interpersonal and communication skills, as well as project management abilities;• Experience in innovative business (XR, live games, AIGC, UGC, etc.), or preference for candidates with music, dance, community projects background;• Preference for candidates with experience in game economy and numerical values.
