YOUR ROLE- Assist management in setting business development strategies, business plans, and achieving objectives.
- Work in-depth on strategic new projects, constantly work on developing information, responsible for project intelligence, positioning and assessment of projects, and on-the-spot study of the areas for development.
- Push key sales project progress.
- Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives, and sponsors.
- Coordinate with internal PD, AE, Marketing departments to promote key programs.
- Responsible for feasibility studies, business negotiations, including follow-up.
- Responsibilities
- BD KPI target achievement.
- Key account management and new business development.
- Work with internal for sales key project progress.
- Accountabilities (Time in %)
- New business development: 40%
- Key end customer relationship development and maintains: 30%
- Business proposal development and implement plans: 20%
- Internal report and meeting: 10%
