Your Role:

  • Implement quality management practices and offer technical support to drive continuous improvement in supplier quality; Validate manufacturing processes for supplier mass production.
  • Establish and maintain incoming inspection procedures and SQE process guidelines.
  • Inspect incoming materials according to SSME MP inspection specifications, conduct analysis on nonconforming materials to address supplier quality issues, and drive improvements.
  • Archive incoming inspection reports.
  • Assist engineers in prototype/sample inspections.
  • Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues proactively and ensure timely delivery through effective improvements and preventive actions.
  • Handle supplier quality-related CAPA, Med/8D/CAPA reports, and more.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports, PPAP documents, and oversee supplier quality matters in various production stages.
  • Drive supplier development throughout the product lifecycle; Conduct on-site quality assurance checks at suppliers' locations; Participate in the supplier selection process.
  • Assess and audit supplier quality systems; Provide technical and process training; Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Your Expertise:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related technical field, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier quality management.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant technical field (e.g., material/metal forming/mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering).
