Your role:

The BL Controlling manager is accountable for financial matters incl. butnot limited to P&L of the respective BL in SSME. Secures integrity and transparencyin financial reporting, ensures transparency within SSME and with HQ, conduct timelyand effective controlling of SCM, PLM. Be trusted partner to business,contribute to BL and SSME strategy with insights gained from businesscontrolling, provide valuable proposal to business development. On top of that,effective risk management and internal control are also required by thisposition.

Responsibilities:

1.Ensures financialreporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internalcontrol systems aligned with Healthcare Finance strategy and governance requirementsfrom Siemens Finance and Healthcare Finance for Business Area.

2.Ensure the efficientand high quality of budget, forecast, Capex management, etc.

3.Supports BL/BA inday-to-day business activities, provides transparency of business insights to achievethe Business Area & Business Line Goals.

4.Actively drive businessexcellence including but not limited to inventory management, cash management,etc.

5.Actively drive digitaltransformation in SSME and SSME FI, promote digital mindset and enhance digitalcompetence of team members.

6.Drive continuousproductivity and quality improvement.

7.Other tasks assigned bysuperior.

​3 years' team leader experience​
