Your role:

  • Develop and support the implementation of SSME strategies and projects to achieve performance objectives according to SHS global strategic plans and regional strategies defined.
  • Assist top management to evaluate, develop, and implement new business initiatives.
  • Manage key strategy and business development projects.
  • Provide updates on market intelligence, regulatory developments, competitor movements, etc.
  • Organize/support various management topics such as management meetings, reviews, and strategy workshops.
  • Regular communication with the global strategy department to support and coordinate the regional implementation of global strategic programs.
  • Other tasks as assigned by a superior.

Your expertise:

  • Strong analytical skills and solid experience in market intelligence, strategy, and business development within the healthcare industry.
  • Adequate knowledge of medical device products, their major features, applications, and advantages. Experience in strategic or business development projects preferred. At least 1 year in a strategy-related function, familiar with the healthcare industry.
  • Solid capability in PowerPoint and Excel. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • University degree or above, preferably in Medical or Natural Sciences. At least 1 year of adequate job experience and market knowledge. Medical diagnostic experience is a plus. MBA education is an advantage.
