Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Coordinate, create, define, propose and validate with Corporate Strategy Team the Faurecia strategy in China, taking into account of external regulation/market/technology/competition as well as internal business portfolio and set up. Support and coordinate yearly Strategic Planning exercise, esp. workshop preparation and facilitation, coordination of workstreams, and challenging of results Ensure and supervise Faurecia China corporate strategy initiatives effective and transversal implementation and deployment with regular progress review Conduct data & fact driven market research and business analysis on strategic topics to enable informative business decisions for senior management Interact continuously and communicate pro-actively with division strategy and sales organizations Cooperate closely with Faurecia China corporate marketing, M&A and Joint Ventures, customer development and external communication for project-based tasks

Main objectives of the position:

Faurecia China Corporate Strategy construction coordination Strong network with all relevant internal and external parties for strategy planning Faurecia China business environment evolution understanding and anticipation Faurecia China competition evolution understanding and anticipation Strategy Plan presentation documents' preparation and validation Coordination with Divisions and Corporate Functions Monthly market reviews, acquisition and programs reviews Other add hoc strategic topics

Requirements:

Above 8 years working experience in Auto industry. Experience within a Strategy Consulting firm and/or In-house Strategy, Marketing and Business Development related experience is preferred. Track-record in successfully developing and executing strategic initiatives for senior management in a multinational corporation. First experience in working within complex matrix organizations and engaging with a broad set of stakeholders Ability to independently develop solutions and to work on multiple high-profile projects simultaneously Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking mindset, business acumen and inter-personal skills Confident in collaborating and negotiating with internal & external stakeholders and partners Excellent written and spoken English, proficient in Microsoft office, especially in PPT and excel.
