Unsere Aufgaben konzentrieren sich auf komplexe Transformationsprojekte:

  • Weiterentwicklung branchenspezifischer Geschäfts- und Prozessmodelle mit dem Fokus auf die digitale Transformation, Industry 4.0, IoT
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Digitalisierungsstrategien sowie der entsprechenden unterstützenden Prozesse (Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Vertrieb, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen und Governance-Prozessen
  • Aufbau und Einführung von Managementinstrumenten und -systemen
  • Ablauforganisation im Bereich der IT-Organisation
  • Projekt- und Programmmanagement anhand traditioneller und agiler Methoden

Analytisches Denken ist eine Deiner Stärken, zudem hast Du ausgeprägte sozial-kommunikative Fähigkeiten, bist neugierig und hast Spaß daran, mit Deinem Team etwas zu bewegen? Neben einer hohen Eigeninitiative und einer unternehmerischen Can-Do Mentalität zeichnen Dich folgende Eigenschaften aus:

  • Affinität zu Digitalisierungsthemen und Informationstechnologie
  • Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master, MBA, PhD)
  • Idealerweise 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungskontext und / oder entsprechende Projekterfahrung
  • Strategisches Mindset
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis kaufmännischer Kernprozesse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Consulting Methoden und Werkzeuge
  • Idealerweise Projekt-Management- (z.B. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) und IT-Management-Zertifikate (z.B. ITIL, Cobit)
  • Erfahrung mit den Themen ESG Strategy / Sustainability Roadmap, ESG Data Analytics, Corporate Carbon Footprint, ESG Reporting & Tool-KnowHow
  • Innovationsfreude und die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • BeraterInnentypische Reisebereitschaft
  • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher, weitere Sprachen (z.B. Chinesisch) von Vorteil
