Mission:

Support DX AP-LS CHN for cross product line solution proposal development. Conduct strategic corporate planning for both short and long terms to drive growth execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze China's IVD healthcare market and policy trends thoroughly to identify corporate growth opportunities. Develop strategies to capitalize on these insights, tackle challenges, and ensure the company thrives in China's evolving healthcare landscape.
  • Manage corporate projects within Project Management. Take the lead on project planning and execution, offering strategic solutions, tracking progress, and achieving key milestones successfully.
  • Lead the innovation efforts to maintain our industry-leading position by initiating creative projects involving business solutions and cutting-edge technologies.
  • Establish and enhance strategic partnerships with external collaborators.
  • Support the implementation of corporate initiatives and other assigned projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of the IVD market, especially IA, including players, products, and technological advancements.
  • Strong strategic thinking and a broad view capacity.
  • Preferred experience in marketing strategy or R&D.
  • Experience with both MNC and Local companies, with expertise in market positioning changes in China.
  • Background in strategic planning, business development, or strategic marketing.
