Job Summary:

The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Execution Director at Coca-Cola leads the strategic development of RGM, including enhancing analytical capabilities and ensuring meticulous execution of revenue management initiatives. This role plays a crucial part in driving sustainable and profitable growth by implementing key RGM strategies effectively. By collaborating closely with various teams and bottling partners, the RGM Execution Director ensures that RGM strategies are converted into actionable plans and executed excellently in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation:
  • Spearhead the execution planning of RGM strategies through significant initiatives aimed at boosting revenue, margin growth, and market share. Lead key projects on price pack planning, retail strategy, pricing architecture, and promotions.
  • Develop compelling narratives to explain the rationale behind each initiative, internally and externally, demonstrating their significance for long-term growth.
  • Create and manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resources effectively.
  • Performance Management Routines:
  • Lead and implement reporting structures and performance metrics. Drive strategic thinking, problem-solving, and result interpretation to provide valuable recommendations. Analyze performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional and System Collaboration:
  • Establish strong collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders across the Coca-Cola system to ensure unified support for RGM initiatives from departments like franchise, commercial, marketing, and bottling groups.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing Strategy, or Commercial Strategy, preferably in the FMCG/CPG industry.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful RGM strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to transform insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
