Role Overview

Support the CTO in formulating and executing both short-term and long-term technology strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate the current state of the company's technology adoption and identify potential enhancement opportunities.
  • Investigate the feasibility and potential for system productization and platformization, and deliver a clear technology roadmap.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in the FinTech sector and evaluate their impact on the company's operations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design IT initiatives, assess ROI, and forecast investments.
  • Assist the CTO in devising an IT investment strategy in collaboration with Exco members and department heads based on research findings.
  • Work with colleagues to implement the strategy and track its outcomes.
  • Undertake any other tasks delegated by the CTO or line manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering-related field.
  • Have over 10 years of experience in technology strategy or enterprise digital transformation, ideally with a background in leading consulting firms.
  • Demonstrate expertise in long-term strategy development and annual planning.
  • Be a skilled problem-solver with the ability to identify opportunities in a dynamic setting.
  • Possess experience in engaging and collaborating with senior management.
  • Exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Be proficient in strategic thinking, project management, and fostering cross-functional partnerships.
  • Display competencies in working across boundaries, communication, planning, organizing, problem-solving, business insight, and people development.
  • Be a quick learner, proactive, motivated, and uphold values of integrity and credibility.
