Job Description

Colliers International Asia is undergoing an exciting transformation and growth phase in Asia. We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Beijing team, focusing on Tenant Representation. This newly created role offers a seasoned leasing professional the chance to progress in a dynamic, market-leading organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic leasing and marketing for the office property portfolio.
  • Coordinate with tenants, agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate leasing transactions.
  • Maintain and establish relationships with partners and potential tenants.
  • Monitor department performance and profitability alignment with the business plan.
  • Drive business development activities for both existing and new clients.
  • Support the Office Head in business planning and implementation.
  • Manage an accurate client database.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • University degree in Real Estate or related field.
  • Self-discipline and accountability.
  • Sound knowledge of the commercial market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong teamwork and talent development capabilities.
