Your role:

People: Oversee the development of individuals within the ME team. Competence: Define team competencies, roadmap, and strategy. Operation: Manage operational aspects in the MEC team, continuously enhancing internal processes. Project: Coordinate team resources, support team members in completing project tasks. Technology: Collaborate with team experts to set the technical direction for mechatronics solutions. Supplier: Maintain close relationships with suppliers to ensure project performance.

Your expertise:

Minimum 5 years of experience in mechatronics component development, preferably in medical technology. Advanced experience in Project/Process Management. Advanced leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in electronics, mechanics, or mechatronics.
