Global Supply Data Summer Intern

Join our Global Supply Management (GSM) team in Shanghai and be part of the action-packed and ever-evolving world of global supply at a leading tech company. As a Global Supply Data Summer Intern, you'll play a crucial role in identifying automation opportunities within procurement processes, driving efficiency and making a real impact.

What you'll achieve

You will:

  • Responsible for understanding business processes and uncovering automation possibilities for enhanced business outcomes
  • Develop business requirement documents and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operations
  • Analyze ODM and suppliers' supply and cost data, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Lead end-to-end automation efforts using tools like VBA, Power BI, or Python
  • Utilize strong influencing and analytical skills to manage projects effectively and adapt to changing customer needs

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and proficient in analytical problem-solving
  • Manage multiple project components concurrently with a focus on timely delivery
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and database analysis tools such as MS Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in Excel VBA, Python, Power BI, and web UI design is advantageous
