Cerner Enviza is looking for a talented Real-World Evidence Country Leader to join their team in China (Shanghai) with a focus on providing top-notch healthcare consulting services in China and supporting APAC RWE business.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explore the Chinese market for potential business opportunities in Real-World Evidence and Market Access
  • Create Real-World Evidence and Market Access solutions for local clients by collaborating with the Cerner Enviza Regional and Global Team
  • Achieve sales targets and enhance the Real-World Evidence and Market Access business by identifying opportunities at all levels within organizations; position Cerner Enviza as a unique Consulting Company offering integrated solutions; lead presentations to generate successful proposals across practices
  • Conduct thorough planning and research to understand clients' business, strategic goals, and key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at clients, expand connections within existing accounts to establish trust and advisory relationships
  • Establish multiple touchpoints with clients, engaging with potential influencers and buyers within organizations
  • Internally, foster relationships within the global ecosystem, provide leadership and support for RFPs and client projects, offer guidance on all account-related activities, promote teamwork and resolve conflicts

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree in Public Health, Economics, Psychology, Outcomes Research, Pharmacy, or Health Economics; PhD preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting or the Pharmaceutical industry focusing on Real-World Evidence and Market Access
  • Understanding of healthcare policy and management in China and key global markets, pharmaceutical industry dynamics, product development, and market entry strategies
  • Proven business development experience, including proposal writing, client relationship management, and advising high-profile clients; demonstrated ability to drive business growth and team development over time
  • Expertise in evaluating pharmaceutical products for reimbursement authorities, experience in APAC is a plus
  • Strong collaborative and independent work capabilities, proficiency in data analysis tools, excellent communication skills to convey complex scientific data to non-technical audiences
