The Position:

Demand & Fulfilment Planner

Responsibilities

  • Escalate and communicate demand changes to relevant stakeholders (Forecast fluctuations, tenders, promotions, regulatory driven changes, etc), and be a partner with GHH stakeholders, FP&A, E2E Planner and/or Sites to balance supply vs demand.
  • Coordinate the supply lead time include but not limited in new product launch, network changes/regulatory variation, divestiture, source change.
  • Govern supply exceptions escalated by the site within the firm zone (0-12 weeks).
  • Execute allocations or priorities for the market or region in case of global supply constraints occur.
  • Maintain clean demand signal to the supply site. This includes partnering with AP Order Management team to ensure finished goods Sales Order and Purchase Order timeliness and accuracy.
  • Responsible for forecasting activities associated with mkting team. Creates and Maintains forecast, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Sales, Marketing, Finance.
  • Conduct historical sales trend analysis at the regional franchise level to establish key demand drivers for the SKUs / franchise / market and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to adjust the forecast to ensure the delivery of an unbiased forecast for the entire planning horizon.
  • Avoid financial loss by minimizing out of stock / excess inventory / discards (through driving Forecast Accuracy)
  • Support divisional strategy, possess business acumen and understand market dynamics.
  • Responsible for SAP master data setup like planning parameters. Support system enhancements roll outs for Supply Planning System (S4&IBP, Tier management, etc)
  • Review product shelf life and well organized IQV meeting to identify the risk due to sales drop or mkt strategy change.
  • Work with D&L team to keep warehouse capacity available when inventory spike occur.

Required Education, Experience, and Skills :

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or Medical device industrial environment, familiar with logistics, planning, supply chain functional team.
  • 1-3 years' experience in managing with multiple planning systems including SAP, APO, Rapid Response and SCEM, data analysis is preferred.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skill and ability to operate in a matrix environment.
  • Full of energy and willing to work under pressure and focus on details.
  • Good analysis and summarizing ability as well as process thinking.
  • Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
  • Must be proficient in English language (listening, speaking and writing)
