Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to craft exceptional user experiences. The perfect candidate should be proactive, with a keen eye for elegant design, top-notch UI skills, ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts, and turn them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. As a Product Designer, you will lead research and testing in partnership with Product Managers, offer valuable design insights that influence Third Bridge products, and shape and enhance the design language of Third Bridge products and services. You will collaborate closely with our Product & Technology Teams in Shanghai, China.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Engage in regular collaboration utilizing strong communication, documentation, and facilitation skills. You will closely collaborate with product management and engineering to define and execute innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Generate original concepts that introduce simplicity and user friendliness to complex design challenges.
  • Pitch and uphold designs and key milestone deliverables to colleagues and high-level stakeholders.
  • Create sketches, wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, UI, and prototypes to effectively communicate interactions and ideas.
  • Conduct/support user research and assess user feedback.
  • Contribute to and assist in maintaining our Design System.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards while staying informed about competitor products and industry trends.
  • Comprehend product specifications and user behavior.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI Designer) or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrates Fluent English proficiency, both verbally and in writing, as you will collaborate with global teams.
  • Shows genuine care for UI design details, with a holistic approach and a focus on solving root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes.
  • Exhibits a problem-solving mindset, understanding that good design is not about following trends but is based on principles and tradeoffs. You make informed design choices, always prioritizing the best user experience while considering business requirements.
  • Proficient in design software (We use Figma).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Possesses an analytical mindset with business acumen.
  • Has experience in building 0-1 products.
  • Holds a BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
