Being an inspirational Senior Designer who is responsible leading a small team creating regionally relevant design solutions for the category.

Key Responsibilities:


• Execute the seasonal strategic direction for the Category according to the overall global seasonal BU Direction and ensure consistency through the APP range


• Conceptualize and design an APP with a stronger emphasis on the Sports Category, translating creative direction and product brief into trend- and consumer-relevant product design


• Drive the creation process of the range inline with the financial targets & key milestones


• Enable, manage and train a highly engaged design team embracing creative and collaborative culture and behaviour and foster the exchange with the global team


• Ensure the correct execution of Corporate Identity branding guidelines and align design executions with legal council


• Create professional level presentations of ideas; from loose sketch to detailed renderings to digital presentation


• Ensure proper handover of product design to the development team. Main duty is to submit all relevant information needed for the development process such as original design, material selection, colour indication, execution information, and trims


• Contribute to seasonal product design direction perspective in collaboration with x-functional partners


• Lead Design Specific Trend Scouting and Consumer Insights proejcts and share with x-functional partners & global teams
