Senior Director of Global Retail Expansion

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our Global Retail Expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive retail growth and expansion across the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Strategy Development: Develop and execute retail expansion strategies to drive growth and profitability in key markets.
- Store Planning and Optimization: Lead the development of store planning and optimization strategies to ensure optimal retail footprint and customer experience.
- Market Intelligence and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to inform retail expansion decisions and drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of retail development professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail expansion strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in retail development, business strategy, and planning.
- Education: University degree or above in a quantitative field, such as mathematics or statistics.
- Skills: Advanced statistical methods and analytic techniques, database management, and business intelligence systems.
- Language: Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
