Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Savvy & Strategic Execution: You'll possess a deep understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape and leverage your insights to guide your team in achieving sales targets. Develop and implement regional action plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving innovation within our retail channels.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and projects. Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within your team.
  • Talent Development & Team Culture: Cultivate a high-performing team environment that values excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth. Provide mentorship and guidance to your team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
  • Compliance & Ethical Conduct: Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Champion a culture of integrity and accountability within your team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing prescription drug retail operations.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.
